By purchasing or downloading our sounds, samples, loops, presets, VSTs, & sampler instruments from AngelicVibes or any authorized company selling AngelicVibes products you agree and accept this license agreement.
Please make sure you read this entire license agreement carefully so you understand how you can & cannot use our products.
You do not own the rights to any of the loops, samples, and plugins you purchase of AngelicVibes. AngelicVibes retains ownership of all products. What you are purchasing is a license, meaning you have the right to use the products in your music, but you don’t not own them.
Unlawful copying, duplicating, lending, renting, broadcasting, re- selling, uploading or downloading our products to any database, server, blogs, file-sharing services or similar is strictly prohibited. This non-exclusive license is granted to the original purchaser (a single- user). The single user license is non-transferable. Any infringement of this license will be pursued to the fullest extent of international law.
The use of AngelicVibes sounds, samples, loops, presets, VSTs & sampler libraries may not be used both individually and in combination with other sounds to create alternative sample packs.
What does this mean?
It means you can’t resell our products or upload them to any sites. You do not own the copyright to the sounds, samples, loops, plugins, presets or any of our products (which is retained by AngelicVibes), but have purchased a single-user (i.e. one person) license to use the sounds in your original compositions (your songs). You can’t distribute the sounds in whole, in part, make your own sample pack from them or give them to anyone.
READ THIS CAREFULLY:
AngelicVibes products are 100% royalty-free. Users may use AngelicVibes’ products in original compositions, non-commercial or commercial projects.
No sample clearance is needed for personal use, beat leasing, uploading to streaming platforms (Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, iTunes etc.), selling beats to artists, TV/Film placements, or major placements.
AngelicVibes cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the use of our products in whatever form.
Users cannot copyright any beats that include AngelicVibes loops. User must copyright compositions without any of AngelicVibes loops included.
What does this mean?
All AngelicVibes samples are 100% royalty-free. You can use them in your music, sell beats using our loops, work with major artists or any sync placements. That means you don’t have to clear the samples for anything.

All AngelicVibes sample packs, soundbanks, and audio plugins are 100% royalty-free. However, redistribution and repackaging are strictly prohibited! Rendering the project files and releasing the exact songs as your own original content is prohibited. However, using the samples, presets, loops, rhythms, melodies, etc included in the project files is perfectly acceptable.
Q: Are all samples on AngelicVibes royalty-free?
A: Yes. All the money you make from using our products in your music is yours to keep. We do not take any royalties. This goes for both our free and paid products. You have a non-exclusive royalty-free license for every sample pack that you download from AngelicVibes.
Q: Can I use these samples for commercial use?
A: Yes. You can use AngelicVibes samples and sounds in your commercial projects. However, redistribution and repackaging are strictly prohibited!
Q: What are the limitations of this license?
A: You may not use AngelicVibes’ loops and samples to create sample packs, audio plugins, or compete with AngelicVibes and our partners in any way.
Q: Do I have 100% ownership of my composition if I use AngelicVibes samples?
A: You have ownership of your composition, but as a reminder, you don’t own the copyright to AngelicVibes’ loops and samples. Other AngelicVibes’ users can use the same sound, loop, or samples without infringing on your rights and vice versa.
Q: Can I register my creative work for copyright if it contains AngelicVibes’ melodies or loops?
A: While we own rights to our own samples, we encourage you not to do so. Copyright law will dictate whether or not you are eligible for registration.
Q: If another producer uses the same sample(s) as me in their work, is my work infringing on their work?
A: No. We do not grant users exclusive licenses. Many users may use the same loop or sample.
Q: Do I need to give AngelicVibes credit when registering with a PRO (publishing rights organization) like ASCAP or BMI?
A: No
Q: Do I need to give AngelicVibes sample credit?
A: No.
Q: Can I use sounds, samples, or loops from AngelicVibes in a composition I’m creating for a movie or video game?
A: Yes.
Q: If I use an unedited, isolated loop as the beginning of my composition, is that covered by the royalty-free license?
A: Yes. At some point in your track, loops and samples will be solo’d or isolated. This is okay.
